Résumé / Abstract
Women’s migration, which is a relatively new phenomenon, has brought about changes in the world economy. Female migritude abroad, particularly in developing, provides them with a new economic power, which impacts on masculinity, feminity, gender roles and relations inherited from traditions and colonization. Endowed with a new economic power, these women have the tendency to challenge the long -time established patriarchal conception of man-woman relationships.
